Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
ESCA (“ESCA”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to provide it to us:
- Consultation request form — your first and last name, email address, title or role, primary strategic focus, estimated scale of digital investment, and a description of the challenge you are facing.
- Newsletter opt-in — whether you have asked to receive news and insights from ESCA by email.
- Appointment booking — if you schedule an executive briefing, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email address, and chosen time on our behalf.
- Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited in server logs for security and reliability purposes.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your consultation request and schedule a conversation with you.
- To prepare for and deliver advisory services you have asked about.
- To send you news and insights by email, but only if you have opted in.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process your information based on your consent (when you submit a form or opt in to email), to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing this website.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run this website:
- Convex — the database that securely stores consultation requests.
- Calendly— the scheduling service used to book executive briefings. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to information you enter into its booking widget.
- Our web hosting provider — which serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. Some providers store data on servers located in the United States.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies when you open the appointment tab. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
6. Email communications
We send marketing email only to people who have expressly opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at privacy@escaadvisory.com. We will still reply to a consultation request you have sent, whether or not you opt in to news.
7. How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@escaadvisory.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to privacy@escaadvisory.com or via our contact page.
